After payment is received, you’ll get a link to book an appointment in our calendar. Appointments run anywhere from 30 minutes 1 hour and we tailor each meeting to your specific needs. The deliverables from each meeting will vary per project and can include: draft site plan and floor plan to understand the project, breakdown of the cost of services and permitting process and timeline, and an opinion on construction cost. Whichever way you decide to improve your home, the value is immeasurable for you and your family. And the plus side is, you’ll be increasing the value of your home exponentially.

If you do decide to proceed with the design, blueprints, and permiting, this initial consultation is discounted from your project contract with us.
