Cimarron Addition, Remodel & ADU

Cimarron St. Home Addition and Remodel and ADU project in Leimert Park / Hyde Park area.

The project consisted of:

  • Complete small interior remodel of the existing house (2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room area)
  • Addition of two master bedrooms
  • Garage conversion to ADU and addition to the ADU (2-bedrooms 1 bathroom)
  • south los angeles remodel

Design Elements

We wanted to preserve the craftsman style of the house, so work to the front exterior of the house was minimal. The majority of the work was in the back: including two bedrooms addition to the house and the garage conversion to ADU and addition to the ADU.

The ADU is 520 SF and we fit two-bedrooms, one-bathroom, with a large living room and dining room for entertainment, and a small kitchen towards the front of the house.
