Scope of Work
Interior remodel of an existing single-family house for an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. And to convert an underutilized closet and hallway into a master bathroom

Design Feature
One of the features the client wanted in the design was a small area with faux beams. We accomplished it by using a dropped beam (where we removed the load-bearing wall) and running faux beams across.
